No. Save Home Membership is not insurance, not a home warranty, and not an emergency repair provider. We provide preventive home maintenance services through scheduled membership plans. We do not provide coverage for damages, claims handling, or guaranteed repairs.

Services vary by plan but may include air filter replacement, standard light bulb replacement, smoke detector checks, visual leak inspections, sealant touch-ups, garage door lubrication, door/window seal checks, and seasonal maintenance recommendations. No. Major repairs are not included in standard memberships. If a larger issue is found during a maintenance visit, we can document it and may provide a separate estimate or recommend a qualified specialist.

No. Plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, and HVAC repairs are not included unless separately agreed in writing and performed by properly licensed professionals when required. Our services focus on preventive maintenance, not repairs.

Visit frequency depends on your plan. Starter Care includes 2 scheduled visits per year. Essential Care and Premium Care include 4 scheduled visits per year. VIP plans may include a custom schedule based on your needs.

That depends on your access preference. Customers may choose to be home, provide lockbox access, smart lock access, or property manager access when appropriate. We discuss access preferences during your initial home assessment.

Standard materials may be included depending on the plan. Specialty materials, unusual sizes, premium products, or large quantities may require additional charges. We document your home's specific needs during the initial assessment.

You receive service notes documenting what was completed and any recommendations for additional maintenance. These notes help you stay informed about your home's condition and any items that may need attention.
